Our team will evaluate your existing security system, make a gap analysis against Transport Canada program rules an regulations and will come out with a comprehensive report to meet the requirements of the Program.

The earliest you enroll the program the quicker you will get your letter of Approval from Transport Canada.

1- Facility Visit : Consists in conducting security audit to collect information about your existing security level in place.

2- Action Plan : Based on the Facility visit report, The Action Plan will be issued by our professionals to match between your existing security system in place and Transport Canada requirements.

3- Issuing Procedures : Operational Procedures will need to be issued to help your staff conduct their duties in compliance with the regulations.    

4- Final Audit : Once all the above steps finalized, the Audit validates that the program requirements are met. 

5- Security Plan : Final document to submit to Transport Canada for the approval in order to get the "Letter of Approval" as participant.
